Their customer support isn't the best, especially after hours, but I find that I rarely need it. When I do, I get the ticket escalated to Tier 2 ASAP. That generally works most efficiently. Tier 1 are the drones that often barely speak English while Tier 2 are capable, knowledgeable server administrators that fix problems. Good luck resolving with IPW. Contract?!
