So, I like to just plant a little seed of ill-will when possible. This can be accomplished at the end of a meeting when the leader says, "Is there anything else we need to cover." Then I say, "Sir, would now be the right time to discuss some irregularities with one of our IT personnel?" They may say that it's not the aaprpriate time, but everyone is wondering what you're talking about and creating their own scenerios.
