Well, when technology works, it is great. When it doesn’t, it’s, well, frustrating. Thanks to our local Water Works Board digging up half our neighborhood (apparently, no one thought to have an actual map of where all the underground pipes were), we have been without internet for about a week now. That’s why there have been no posts the last several days. Our ISP, Charter, was informed that the Water Works will be “digging all around for about a week” and that if Charter fixes their cables, they will “probably just get cut again.” So, I will probably be out of commission until the end of this week.
In a sad way, it is actually kind of amusing. We had spotty internet connectivity from the time we moved into out new house in November until about two weeks ago. Finally, Charter was able to get it sorted out and things were great…and then this debacle with the city.
Hopefully things will get sorted out very soon…

That is so awesome… I love this town. BRILLIANT!… Too bad you probably can’t read this. I still think it’s funny that Charter says that the Dish is a disease… a disease that doesn’t have the water company chop it’s torso in half… hahahahahahahaha LOSERS!!@#$#
